- Configure Symbols and any mappings or allowlists.
- Set Session Windows if you only want copying during specific hours.
- Save and start the route. The status changes to Active.
- Fixed: Same lot size every trade. Good for consistency on small accounts.
- Multiplier: Slave lots = Master lots × multiplier. Mirrors relative intent.
- Balance-weighted: Scales to account equity. Use when slave balance differs from master.
- Add Max Lot and Max Positions caps for safety.
- Route is paused or master/slave not Connected.
- Symbol not on the allowlist or mapping missing.
- Exposure cap, session window, or max positions blocked it.
- Insufficient margin or market closed on the slave broker.
- See Trade History for the reason code and timestamp.
Brokers use different symbols and suffixes. Add mappings in the route so a master symbol translates to the correct slave symbol.
- Example: XAUUSD → XAUUSD.a
- Unmapped symbols are skipped and logged.
Yes. In the route, add Session Windows. Trades outside those windows are ignored. Use separate windows per instrument if needed.
Routes are low-latency. Delays usually come from broker execution, network hops, symbol mapping checks, or risk guard evaluations. Check the per-trade latency in Trade History.
Slaves follow opens, modifications and closes. If a slave fails to modify due to broker rules, MirrorLink retries and logs the reason if it ultimately fails.
Open Trade History, switch to the Events view and filter by route or account. Hover the status chip to see the reason text.
