Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using MirrorLink you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service

Trade copying between supported platforms and accounts you control or have permission to manage.
Analytics, reporting, and optional AI features that generate code or insights.
APIs and WebSocket connections to integrate with your own systems.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to form a binding contract and be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
Maintain the security of your credentials and enable two-factor authentication where available.
You remain responsible for all actions taken through your account.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Credits

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current term.
Usage-based features may consume credits. If you exceed plan limits, access may pause until you purchase more credits or upgrade.
Taxes and payment processing fees may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not violate laws, platform terms, or the rights of others.
Do not attempt to access accounts or data without permission.
Do not interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
Do not reverse engineer or bypass security or usage limits.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Integrations with trading platforms or brokers are provided on a best-effort basis. Availability depends on those third parties and is outside our control. You must comply with their terms at all times.

7. AI and Automation

AI-generated outputs and automated actions may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and managing any resulting trades. We do not guarantee profitability or performance.

8. Risk Disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk. You can lose more than your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

9. Term, Suspension, Termination

You may cancel at any time with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or risk to the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete or anonymise data consistent with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

MirrorLink, including software, logos, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service. You retain ownership of your data and any code you upload or create, subject to the licences necessary for us to provide the Service.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MirrorLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to MirrorLink in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and indicate the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
